Stirring slightly as Berit started to moved just the slightest bit, Aino inhaled deeply and let herself smile at the warmth and the knowledge that she wouldn't have to get up yet, yawning and stretching...

...Until her hand connected with something soft and she heard a startled sound, opening her eyes to see that he had almost accidentally poked her girlfriend's eyes out. "Ah-..!" She blinked rapidly and quickly pulled herself to lean on her elbows. Her voice was a bit husky after the night well slept. "Sorry... Did I, wait, is that your arm..? Oh God, it must be dead by now, why didn't you kick me off?"

Somehow she managed to go from drowzily relaxed to energetic in a matter of moments.

Berit yawned and rubbed at her eyes that had just so narrowly avoided a terrible faith. She was far slower to wake up than Aino, but after getting some feeling back into her arm, folded it underneath herself to prop up her upper body. She shivered slightly at the cold air hitting her skin, bringing it up in goosebumps, but resisted the urge to pull the covers higher. It would be far too easy to just lie back down and fall asleep, and at least the cold would keep her awake before she got some coffee.

Berit blinked drowsily at Aino, eyes owlish and blind without her glasses, before leaning forward to kiss Aino on the corner of her eye.
"Like I would," she murmured, almost smiling, the faintest quiver of an expression

"Well you should, I mean, I don't want to end up crippling you.."

Lying down after Berit stood up, Aino stretched like a cat and pulled the warm pillows closer, wondering what she should do today if she should do anything at all before she heard the Swede speak up and she blinked, turning to her. "You don't have to bring it up here, you know..." She laughed a bit and sat up, pulling a strand of hair behind her ear and moving to trow her legs over the edge of the bed, standing up and wincing at the how cold the floor was under her bare feet. She was wearing her regular night time T-shirt and panties and nothing else. She didn't like sleeping with too much clothes on.

"Besides, it makes me feel like a mother on Mother's Day. All missing is self made croissants and a card."

Berit almost tripped, her hand shooting out to smack into the doorframa as pain radiated up from the toe that had caught on the threshold. Ow.

"Ah," she said. There had been that time last year when Patience had decided to bring breakfast to Berit in the morning on Mother's Day. Rather silly of her to go to so much trouble but... also quite lovely, in it's way. But now she was living with another girl... or woman, really. Of course Berit was very happy for her but...

She nodded distractedly to Aino and sighed, before heading towards the kitchen.

Berit had agreed earlier to meet Siri at a big shopping center nearest to New Brampton, so she and Aino could go by foot and return by bus if they had many things to carry when coming back. The weather was nice too, cold but sunny, so it was a pleasant walk, especially with company. Berit glanced at Aino as she was chattering about something that had happened at the ER. Her cheeks and nose were reddened prettily by the cold air and as they walked their hands kept brushing against each other, until Berit took a hold of Aino's, hoping she wouldn't mind it was in public. One never quite knew with her...

When they arrived at the shopping center, they first went in to the large aisle between the different stores and levels. Berit had agreed to meet Siri there but with a fair number of other shoppers milling about he didn't immediately spot the Norwegian.

Not minding it at all, since it wasn't like people looked at girls who walked hand in hand weirdly, Aino smiled and squeezed her hand back before they arrived at the mall.

After they had stood about for quite a while, Aino glances at Berit and smiled slightly, asking politely if this was indeed the right place and if they should call her.

Swearing as she ran down from the upper level, Siri waved to Berit, but she didn't think the other girl saw her. Jiwa had called her in this morning for what should only have been for a few hours. Unfortunately, once she arrived, one student ran all over the library with a phone, and Jiwa sent her after the girl to kick her out. Siri had eventually found her hiding deep in the stacks, but it had delayed her far longer than she intended.

Drawing closer, Siri spotted Aino next to Berit. That was...well, not surprising, but unanticipated. Touching the card stuffed deep in her pocket, Siri shrugged to herself. She'd just have to call the number on what appeared to be Søraya's business card on her own.

Reaching the other two girls, Siri nodded to them both. "Jiwa," was the only explanation she gave for her tardiness. "Hoped you weren't waiting long."

Berit, who'd just been digging in her bag for her phone looked up at the approaching footsteps, her posture straightening being the only sign she was happy to see Siri. Which she was. Berit nodded to show she understood.

"'s fine, not 'n a hurry," she replied, before glancing between Siri and Aino. "Aino had some stuff t' get too... hope it's ok?"
