First off. It's your feelings and it's very hard to control when you're inlove.
But honestly.. Eventhough you want to be with him badly, and want them to have a bad time when they are together. Then dont confess your feelings before he has to go. It's gonna ruin everything for him as well. It's best if you tell your feeling when he comes back home and it's over. I know you might hate me for saying it, but it is the best. :(
