When Bella starts to feel funny during the honey moon I was like "OMG she is pregnant, omg omg omg LMAO". And when Jacob sees Renesmee for the first time I laughed SO freaking hard because of course we knew he had just imprinted... ON BELLA'S NEWBORN FREAK BABY!!! LOL! Come on!

I thought the exact same thing when Bella couldn't eat the chicken. Stupid girl. Although, the J/R still annoys me I can live with it.

Like you said, a whole lotta fun. :D

And it did something that I am very grateful for, and that was bring me closure, which I needed. I am now no longer obsessed with Twilight the way I was before.

AGREED

the thing is, i never compared SM books with Harry Potter. i thought it was totally different concept. i think what disappoints me so, is not really on the way she writes it. i love twilight, i really, really do. as cheesy as it sounds, the love between a vampire and a human is wonderful, plus i am in love with edward as a character. it is just something sweet and different for me

with Book 2 and 3, though, it is like the whole suspense is reducing, instead of building up. interestingly, it IS because i NEVER have any expectation of it. it is like, i am going to a movie for a sequel, and instead of getting experience of "The Bourne Supremacy", i am getting "Bridget Jones's Edge of Reasons". that is why, after the 3rd book, i tend to notice that this is the kind of book that should never have sequel (just like those movies that should've stop LONG time ago) ... that is why i prefer to NOT buy Book 4.

it's not because of the writing, but because of the "experience" that i will feel of reading it.

I know what you mean. We could rant all day about the pros and cons of those books, but ultimately you can't control the way you feel when you read them and if your experience with the others wasn't good, there's just no way to change that.
