Don't feel bad about not getting a lot done for the wedding yet. It's hard to get almost ANYTHING done without a specific date, ya know? If you need any advice or ideas, let me know!

I didn't know you could hand-pick the charges. That's interesting and would lead to you being more comfortable with them.

Is it a 24 hour 7 days a week staffed house? That could really suck if people called out, 'cause the policy in my company is that the manager has to cover the shifts if no one else could.

What kind of training do you have to take in order to work with them? I had to take CPR, First Aid, Crisis Management (basically legalized restraints) and a bunch of other company-specific trainings.

i'll probably have to take those or some variation.
it is a 24 hour, 7 days a week staffed, yes.
being a manager, if someone calls out too much...i'll fire them. :D
jk.
kinda.
but really, covering a shift or two really wouldn't be a big deal, just because once i'm on salary, i'll mainly just be popping in, going over logs, taking care of whatever needs to be taken care of. i won't have a set amount of hours.

either way, i think it'll look great on my resume.

Okay. But if you get into it and you really think you're in over your head, leave. At that point, it's not really worth the energy.

But, hey, maybe you'll be a stronger person than me. :)

alright i mean no offense but like a year ago when you were living with your mom, were you working? you weren't going to school, right?

sooo that means in the span of a year you:
a. became self-sufficient
b. got a job
c. enrolled in school
d. started looking at potential careers

now i know that i don't actually know you, but i take pride in that - you should be SOO proud/happy.
