Yo merot kivanok.

Good god man, are you C3PO? How many languages do you speak?

hahahahahaha - hey there!

I only speak three and two of those, not so well. The Hebrew was only because I wished her a Happy New Year and she laughed and told me how to say it.

How's Chinese treating you? Hao bu hao?

Bu hao. It's a bitch. Pronunciation is insane, and I've done opera so . . . At this point I'm relatively convinced that all of China and most of Taiwan knows exactly who I am and how to piss me off.

Yes, we had a meeting and was debating adding a fifth tone just to screw with you.

I'm tone deaf myself so I hear ya. At least the grammar is fairly similar to English (subject verb object) as opposed to Japanese or German.

Thank you. I often wonder who in my friends list actually still read me. It's nice to get a comment to see that some people still do.

It's only three, but I found it interesting that in each date, we conversed in slightly different languages.

that would make you a "cunning linguist!"

*hello hello? is this thing on?*

I really wished I had dated a german girl during my Uni days there...I lived in a boarding house with THREE GIRLS, and even shared a shower with them (not simultaneously...and it's not as sexy as it sounds).

I remember multiple dates during my serial dating phase, lol. But I'm not as bold as you. I spaced my 4 out through the entire weekend ;). The closest call I had was starting brunch at 10 with #3, while #4 texted to confirm our coffee date at 12, haha.

As fun as it was, I don't miss my single days.

ouch!

As for not dating a German chick, where did you go to University?

I went to school up north, Carl von Ossietzky Universitat in Oldenburg...which is somewhere in the neighborhood of Bremen.

But during my stays (i've been/lived in germany 3x's), I've spent most of my time in Frankfurt am Main. Bavaria is my home away from home :)

Kopf hoch - kommt schon gut!!

To be honest, two out of the three just sorta happened.

I was really looking forward to the last one though.

But yes, good advice.
