I'm a Spain fan too - when I'm not supporting Germany. If you have to lose, you may as well lose to the best!

Besides, two of our adorable boys are now playing in the Spanish league.

Spain is my second love! Cesc Fabregas has brought me over the La Roja side! Now, I'm rooting for Spain when I'm not cheering for Germany.

But when España faces Deutschland once again, I'M ALL FOR MANNSCHAFT!

SORRY SAN IKER!! The wounds of WC2010 are still quite fresh, but I'll admit that may of their faces have swayed me as well. Particularly Xabi, Iker, and Nando. I was mostly kidding! Don't hurt me San Iker! :P

Good point! I mean, aren't Spaniards supposed to be short, hairy, and ugly?

All right, I give you the short and hairy - but plenty of girls don't mind a bit of hair - Iker's a perfect example - just that bit of scruffy is too adorable. And all those sweet, scrubbed, butter-wouldn't-melt faces in the starting 11! They are second only to the adorable Mannschaft.

I even love Carles Puyol. I wanted to hate him after his header (to say nothing of the hair on that head) - but when I found out he does Yoga (and is considered, among his teammates as a bit of a philosopher because of this) and is a huge fan of flamenco dancing - what could I do? You can't hate a guy who does yoga and is considered to be smarter than his teammates because of it (this speaks well for the team too). Admit it, just knowing about the yoga makes the wounds heal a little faster!

[And I spent the remaining 15 minutes after Puyol's header curled up on the sofa in tears!]
