Goal for the week:
Lower down blood glucose level..Or be Diabetic (oh Gosh Hope Not!?!)
Restrict...myself from sweets especially CHOCOLATE...(Waah!?! this is torture)
Well i Should have known I'd manifested those
diabetic symptoms: dehydration,sudden loss of weight,extreme hunger etc.
All i need now is discipline...and avoid temptations...
