Finally.....I am now done with another nursing care plan. Boy, those are no fun whatsoever. Try filling out a 15 page report on one patient and their diagnosis and coming up with nursing diagnosis and things to do about it. Lets just say, it takes an awful lot of time to finish one. November 1st, only 1 month and 24 days until christmas. I love christmas, I'd have to say it is my all time favorite time of the year. Nothing much going on with me lately. I'm still in nursing school and I'm loving it! We lost 2 people out of our class of 20 and we also have a new woman in our class. Scratch that last post! I passed!!!!! YAY!!! I've never been so excited to get a C in my entire life! I'm so excited. Well, this weekend has definitely been the opposite of restful. Let's see. Thursday I worked at clinicals in salem all day and that was a little tiring because I'm not use to it yet. Well, today was my first full day of clinicals at Salem hospital and I loved it. I had a very eventful day and I enjoyed every minute of it.
