I'm in a strange place of being in between "need to grow up" and "don't grow up too soon

Things I have to do because I'm an adult:
-maintain a job
-not have too many visible piercings / tattoos
-clean the liter box
-pay for my own alcohol
-keep track of weekends
-call my parents occationally
-operate under the assumption that I'll eventually go to grad school

Things that I'm not grown up enough to do yet:
-Have money
-Have a baby
-Get married
-be in a decent relationship
-go to gad school in a financially stable way

What I'd really like to do:
-liposuction
-laser eye surgery
-get a dog
-run a theater
-make enough money to travel

Maybe what we should really be doing is the "what I really want to do" list and forget about that other shit. Maybe that's the key to our actual happiness!
