I'm in a strange place of being in between "need to grow up" and "don't grow up too soon."
Things I have to do because I'm an adult:
-maintain a job (which, in music, is a constant thing...you don't get to just...have a job and keep it)
-wear appropriate
-no shiny lipgloss/glitter during the day
-clean my room without anyone asking
-floss
-pay for my own doctor's appointments
-keep track of holidays
-not get a lip piercing (oops)
-use my gym membership (I'm about to head out for some kickboxing)
-operate under the assumption that I'll eventually go to grad school
Things that I'm not grown up enough to do yet:
-Have money
-Have a baby
-Get married
-Rent a building to start a music studio
-Wear clothing from Anne Taylor
What I'd really like to do:
-boob job
-2 white great danes
-babies
-ballet classes
-get famous
-become a comedienne, but without all the struggling before success
-take a lot of naps
