Since our return to Canada in August of last year, I have been thinking about retirement, I have 32 years of service and I have done pretty much everything possible and seen a awful lot, gone around the bush several times so to speak. I have decided in light of all the coming changes at work and also in the culture of our work to retire, I cannot

I so hear you about newer generations being raised with safety helmets. That is sooo true.

You actually have a chance that most people don't, and that is to choose your retirement date. Use it wisely (I'm not really worried about the wise part though...) :)
