I don't know what it is, but I always get twitchy listening to podcasts. They make me restless. I love reading Jon Rogers writings about the shows and the episodes, but for some reason my brain just has trouble with podcasts.
Hmm I guess I can sort of understand that (just listening is such a passive activity & many people have problems with audiobooks for the same reason) but they only answer 10 questions in the podcasts, they aren't even 10 minutes long, and they get uploaded a lot faster than the post ep discussions on his blog lol
The last book I read for fun was...Oh wow, I haven't read a book for fun in ages because I've had so much to read for uni. I have a feeling it was a Harry Potter. The thing I liked best about it was...Well, it's Harry Potter! My fave fictional book character is... (and why)Sirius Black - I just thought he was a pretty awesome guy. Beth Riesgraf and Aldis Hodge say their theme tune is "Ebony and Ivory". What song makes you think of a Leverage character/pair of characters and why?I'm never very good at putting songs to characters but 'Nobody Drinks Alone' by Keith Urban always makes me think of Nate. Quick - there's a pirate in the room you're in right now. What do you do?Get the rum. Fave ever Leverage quote? Ooh, that's hard! I really like the 'My name is Nate Ford and I'm a thief' (I was just talking about it with a friend who watched the episode for the first time yesterday' but there are so many other quotes that are awesome, too. I love 'did you just kill a guy with an appetiser?' and 'the Ice Man cometh' and so many others.
The last book I read for fun was... Alistair MacLean’s The Satan Bug The thing I liked best about it was... Normally I hate the first-person narrative, but the author is a genius with it. My fave fictional book character is... Kriecher from the awesome book Kriecher - De Joco Suae Moechae 1 by Marc-Alastor E.-E. I think the author managed to put all the darkness of modern society in one believable character, who the reader not only can relate to because of sympathy, but because there probably is not one human being in our society, who won’t find something of oneself in this darkness. Beth Riesgraf and Aldis Hodge say their theme tune is "Ebony and Ivory". What song makes you think of a Leverage character/pair of characters and why?Linkin Park with Bleed It Out When it plays on the radio I’ve to think of Eliot instantly because of this awesome video (I must have watched it like a million times) Quick - there's a pirate in the room you're in right now. What do you do?Welcome him with an Arrrrr! Fave ever Leverage quote? That is hard, so I

The last book I read for fun was... Schooled by Gordon Korman.
The thing I liked best about it was... It was basically Stargirl with a male protagonist. Gordon Korman is really good at making his characters sympathetic and real, which is what I also liked best about it. Unfortunately, I spent the whole time looking at the book from a teacher's point of view and going "What the heck is wrong with these teachers are they freakin' blind?"
My fave fictional book character is... (and why) The Magician Schmendrick from The Last Unicorn. He is my favorite character because he's...rather broken. He's older than he looks, his magic is wonky, he's selfish, but he tries so hard. And he clearly knows what's going on; he's super genre savvy. ""Great heroes need great sorrows and burdens, or half their greatness goes unnoticed."
Beth Riesgraf and Aldis Hodge say their theme tune is "Ebony and Ivory". What song makes you think of a Leverage character/pair of characters and why? Oh, gosh, why did you ask a question about music whyyyyy. TEXTBLOCK

LOOK SEE THIS IS WHY MUSIC QUESTIONS ARE BADerrant_evermoreDecember 11 2011, 14:32:52 UTC
Hardison: M.I.A.'s Paper Planes, because Hardison's in charge of the visas and papers and he's a completely underutilized total BOSS and very very yes. / Owl City's If My Heart Was a House, because the song always makes me think of him and Parker and how he's being all patient and sweet. Parker: Monty Python's The Money Song, just because / Chairlift's Bruises, because the song is about awkward relationships, both painful and sweet, and I think it kinda describes her relationship with Alec perfectly. Eliot: Marillion's King of Sunset Town, because it is a song about a broken man and violence and how things tend to come in cycles, and how some people get the short end of the stick /Queen's Another One Bites The Dust, because I can totally reimagine the whole gun scene in The Big Bang Job to it. If I could make videos, there would be an Eliot video to this song. Yes.
Quick - there's a pirate in the room you're in right now. What do you do? Throw a ball of yarn at him and hope that a) the pirate is part cat and b) my sister doesn't

That could definitely explain it - I love audiobooks, but only when I'm driving or working out.
