    FAQ #17 seems to have a redundant bullet point which doesn't seem required as the sentence is contained in the second bullet point:

    I.e. "Lost username emails are only sent to the email address currently listed on your account."

  • Suggestion for title change to FAQ 17

    Per this thread in this post. It might be a good idea to get rid of the word "retrieve" from FAQ 17's title altogether. I was thinking something along the lines of, "What can I do if I've forgotten my password or username?"

  • Tweak to title of FAQ 17

    Since you no longer retrieve a password, I'd suggest changing the title of this FAQ to:

    "How do I retrieve a forgotten username or reset my password?"

    The FAQ itself is clear from the start that it's a reset, so the title might as well reflect that too. :)
