Current:

Basic Accounts can have at most 1000 different tags (each tag counting once, even if you used it for more than one entry). Early Adopter, Plus, Paid, and Permanent Accounts can have at most 1200 different tags.

Proposed:

Basic Accounts can have at most 1000 different tags (each tag counting once, even if you used it for more than one entry). Early Adopter and Plus Accounts can have at most 1200 different tags. Paid and Permanent Accounts can have at most 2000 different tags.

Current iteration of 226 did not say how spaces were handled; since this handling of spaces jives with the rest of the internet, not sure if it needs explicit documentation.

Current iteration did not mention error handling; error handling should be intuitive from the error.

Comment screening's old bad behavior was not documented, so no documentation update needs to be made for this in my opinion.
