FAQ #137 explains to users how to "Create a Feed on LiveJournal." It uses the term "feed" to refer both to the off-site URL for the file that is fetched and the syndicated account

I like these changes. One other thing I wish was there was a note that the feed will not immediately update (as we've been getting a lot of requests lately from people who think that their feed is broken)
