Take out the section on changing the font of just a few words in your journal rather than your entire journal from FAQ 12 How do I change the font in my journal? and putting it in FAQ 72 How do I make text bold, italic or centered? because they're both about formatting the text in a single entry.

Umm, that way some people who want to change a font of just a few words will go to FAQ 12 because the name suggests changing font, and not find it. Maybe have it in both?

Just an opinion ..

probably change hte name of this FAQ's title too, but I can't imagine to what. I'm going towards that rather than leaving it in changing font FAQ because that FAQ is in customising S1 section...which even fewer people would look at if they want to customise a section of their text.

Maybe make 12's title something like "How do I change the font used for my entire journal?"...

And then maybe change 72 to something like "How do I alter the appearance of my text?"...

This takes out the reference to just 'bold, italic, and center', since the FAQ already covers more than that. (Such as the listing of other tags, etc.) So then adding in more stuff as you've suggested will also fit nicely.

Yes, I like these title suggestions...plus what Ela said in the entry itself. :)

I like your idea, but I'd like to see FAQ 12 stay the same ( ... )

I don't really think changing the font in S2 requires an FAQ of its own. Firstly you can customise fonts in the customisation wizard, and what's more, the ability to change different aspects of fonts isn't consistent with each S2 system style (FAQ 170). e.g. Magazine, Notepad, Punquin, Tab Indent doesn't allow font specifications. Eventually the S2 FAQ on fonts will be huge unless it just links to an s2howto journal on tutorials.

I'm not sure I get the rest of your comments. My proposal was to insert the first line of FAQ 12 to FAQ 72. If you interlink the FAQs, such as putting a link to FAQ 72 to each of your S1/S2 font FAQs, you won't have to reference a couple of FAQs in your answer. (Either way, putting the info into FAQ 72 makes more sense because otherwise you're linking the user to an FAQ in the S1 category, which wouldn't really make sense for users who're browsing the FAQ page).

Changing font in S2 doesn't require an FAQ of it's own. Once the names of the options have been standardized throughout S2, there will be a list of all the options common to multiple styles and an explanation of each option. The is addition to FAQ 171 which is also getting fixed.

I'm not sure then that I got your post. I thought that you were not only suggesting that it be added to FAQ 172, but that it be removed from FAQ 12.

If it is removed from FAQ 12, then I think that 12 should at least link to it, though I'd much prefer maintaining the line there. What I was trying to say is that I think the link to the HowTo entry should not only come from FAQ 172 but FAQ 12 and the S2 FAQ I was refering to.
