I downloaded the LiveJournal code to use on our company's intranet. Everything installed fine; however, it seems there is something missing with the themes. When I click on a Category (/customize) I get a JavaScript run-time error: Line 57 Hourglass is undefined. I have a support ticket from a user who created an S1 style. When they went to view it, they got a 404 page saying "customview.cgi" was missing.

I don't see it in my code set nor in the main trunk. Where can I find it? Thanks.

There are several styles that are not included in the open source code - Bloggish and all the Style Contest ones for example. What would be the best way to remove those from the database? Thank you.
