I've been unsucsessfully trying to extract my LJ content into a wordpress.com account using their import tool. The wordpress.com web form accepts my username and password and appears to successfully authenticate with LJ, but then immediately spits out an XML-RPC error. Hi guys. Does anybody experience duplicates in RSS feeds ? It became very common problem for me lately. It's only happens with LJ fees (Flickr, TechCrunch and etc are fine). It happens both with authorized and unauthorized feeds. I'm using RSSOwl client.

Any ideas what causes it ?

It there a way to predict the url of a comment based the information that you get from xml export? I need to do this for a little project I'm working on.

 Do the LJ APIs include any support for OAuth?  Or are there any plans to add such support?

Two questions regarding features that were turned off long long ago:

1. Will the client statistics thing ever be re-enabled? It's been so long that I can't even remember what it looks like anymore. Some googling and testing revealed the following undocumented XML-RPC methods, which expose a number of nice functions from the client side.

All are in the LJ.XMLRPC namespace of course:

getfriendspage
sendmessage
setmessageread
getinbox
addcomments
