Today I have done some last minute extra present shopping (and wrapped the presents), delivered a few presents and cards, made a beautiful trifle (of the kind that doesn't have icky sponge fingers, jelly or cream), wiped and defragged the hard disk DVD recorder and fixed the DVD recorder so when you ask for channel 4 you get channel 4 instead of

Christmas, Italian style!

It has slices of swiss roll on the bottom then layers of custard, raspberries and chocolate chips or grated chocolate! This one had an extra layer of swiss roll in the middle too.
