Well the last couple days have been pretty fucked up. Ultram (well, technically the generic Tramadol) is ok for pain, I guess. However, the brain fuzz feeling I am getting reminds me too much of Benadryl's braindead feeling. Some people call it fun, but I bet those people have few or no obligations ( Read more... )

Is it too much to ask for pain relief without being a fucking zombie?

I've been asking that question for years now. Of course, I add the variable of not ripping my stomach apart. And the answer is...yes, it's too much.

Yeah well, we've already eliminated NSAIDS due to my UC, and Tylenol cuz it simply doesn't work.

The vicodin was ok, but still made me feel kinda stupified, but no so much as Ultram does.

I know of only ONE anti-inflammatory/painkiller/etc that works, and the problem with that is of course cost + legality.

I want to be a fucking Canadian. Or at least a Californian maybe.

This shit's getting old fast.

I just eat muscle relaxers so I don't care so much that I hurt.

Maybe I could chase an Ultram with one of those... because this muscle soreness thing is just as bad as the joint aching.

But I'm gonna keep trying this shit, at least till Monday, give it a chance to do something, and give my body a chance to adjust. Last thing I want him to think is I'm a drug seeker because I gave up too quickly.
