Megsie tagged me a book meme on Facebook, which is kinda the only meme that I can't resist. It's posting 7 books you love for seven days. When you read as much as I do, it's REALLY hard to only pick 7 books. Do you pick your FAVORITES? (Impossible to stick to 7, in that case). Do you stick to one genre? Do you play to your audience? OK, let's try this again (my keyboard is being very odd). As I was thinking and reading about Martin and Detroit, I was also thinking about Wayne State; one of my professors was an alum, and he arranged for one of my closest friends to go there for his graduate work (in theater). I've only heard good things. Cool if it works out.

I've also been reading you too much, obviously, because as soon as you mentioned Go-Karts I thought, betcha Karin cleaned everyone's clocks. 🤣

I once shared a 2-bedroom apartment with a couple, and at the time of signing the lease they suddenly announced that they felt they should pay a quarter each and I should pay the other half. They were obviously going by the number of bedrooms, whereas I felt there was a lot more to an apartment than just where we slept. I lost that argument but have always felt it was unfair and I’d never do it again now. I’m curious as to how other people divide the rent when the number of people is greater than the number of bedrooms.

I also don't usually do memes, but it was about BOOKS! I chose my people and then chose my books. That was WAY easier than the other way around! It helped narrow the choices! :)
