Is there a word for thoughts so random that they defy the category of randomness? I feel like I have butterflies in my head. Not surprising, since my brain is basically full of either work (oh god, work work work) or TwoDots. I can't do much at home most evenings and forcing myself to sit here for 10 minutes or more is an exercise is zoning out ( Read more... )

The continuation of your pain-fest is not good to hear. Sounds to me like you got on the bad side of a skilled voodoo practitioner

I wasn't finished. I'd say either a skilled voodoo practitioner is to blame or something nerve-related, combined with bone and tendon inflammation (I wouldn't trust my diagnosis, either). At any rate, I hope you get some lasting relief soon. As for the trip, you might write about the long (strange?) trip that landed you in Sweden (I suspect it's all there on old blog posts, but I'm lazy).

It's a pinched nerve in my neck that is causing all the problems. Had an MRI last year to confirm.

I am so sorry about your PAIN. Pain is awful. I wish it would just go away already!

We also had a snowstorm this week. Like school was let out early because of it...snow storm. Like I was scraping my windows YESTERDAY morning. And guess what? Another snowstorm is forcasted for Sunday. Whatever, Mother Nature.

I am looking forward to summer...only 5 weeks left of teaching, then I can work on what I want without all that grading getting in my way! I always have such high hopes, I hope that I can find the volition to accomplish SOMETHING.
