Aw, thanks, babe!

It sounds like you had a nice trip.

Doctor Who was delightful. Walking Dead...less so. Still not over that one.

HOpe you had a great day! :D

and {hugs} for Andrea. I wasn't nearly that attached but the sheer waste of it was really terrible . :(

Thanks, babe.

Yeah...I think that just really killed my trust in the show-runners so I have a feeling I'll be watching very differently come season 4.

DW makes everything better :)

Your vacation sounds great!

It was a good episode of Doctor Who, and the new show Orphan Black that premiered after it is off to a great start. I'm also looking forward to Defiance on Syfy April 15th. There are various promos for it on Entertainment On Demand, including a 14-minute preview of the first bit of the Pilot.

I look forward to reading that. I'm still looking forward to reading your alternate Sam-gets-killed-in-the-mutiny-and-downloaded dark!fic, but the muse is an inconstant creature. I'm impressed that you did fic-writing by hand at all, that's really challenging. The last time I did that was in English class in middle school, I think, writing short stories. Speaking of which, I'm finally jotting down my notes and first (non-chronological) paragraphs for a novel series. What it's actually about is still developing as I go along.

I'll have to check out Orphan Black, I didn't even know it existed until I saw Lyssie mention it. But ugh, first I have to catch up on the shows I'm already watching. yikes.

Oh, that sounds great! Planning/figuring out novels is one of my favorite parts of the writing process, so I hope you have a lot of fun with it!

It's really good so far. The premise reminded me of Ringer at first, but it's actually well beyond that in both writing quality and scope. Don't want to spoil too much, but it's not a case of garden-variety twins.

Defiance is what I'm really looking forward to. Everything I've heard so far leads me to believe it's going to be hella good (and Bear McCreary's music for the win!), and Syfy is actually doing right by it and promoting it heavily unlike, say, Caprica, so we can expect it to be a success.

Thank you!
