bad idea #1: drinking black tea at 8:30pm

bad idea #2: being alone at home and unable to sleep, and deciding to read about paranormal things on the internet.

right now i am looking at the "top 25 best ghost photos" and even though i know they're all fake, it is night and i am home alone and it does scare the crap out of me.

i am in mexico and my block class is FUCKING AWESOME!!!! we spent a week in a little tiny town in suthern sonora where there is a field station for biologists and botanists and whatnot. we stayed in little huts, and hiked in cactus forests and kayaked with dolphins in the estuary every day. thats right, dolphins. they came up and swam right with us ( Read more... )

in a coffee shop, gray clouds outside promising snow. christmas carols on a radio in the background, and a homemade scarf keeping me warm. it really feels like christmas right now, and i feel all warm and fuzzy.
