There might be one at this one bowling ally arcade in DuPage, but I can't remember if it's Ms. Pac Man or not and it's been ages since I have been there.
I can direct you to a stand-up Galaga.

http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/Brunswick.Zone.Carol.Stream.630-682-0150 <--- a page on it

The arcade section is called Galaxie World. They have loads of games but you might want to call them first.

not a bad suggestion. maybe i'll pass that info along.

though, traditionally, i thought table top arcade games were in restaurants and the like?

for example, the last time i saw a tabletop ms. pacman was at a pizza hut in Ottawa, Kansas. at least 10 years ago.

They have a small Ms. Pacman table that seats two people to the left of the door when you walk in. :)

There used to be one at Dennis' Place for Games. That's the arcade which is just to the left of the Belmont Red Line Exit.

I comment all the time, yo!

And yes, I am doing well. Have you been keeping up with reading my journal? XD. Yes, I realize you have more important things to do than read about my life, but still :-p
