I had surgery to replace my fully-torn ACL in February. It was replaced with 2 screws and a cadaver's achilles tendon. I've healed fast, had no complications, no swelling, nothing out of the ordinary to be concerned with. I still have about 6 more months before my Dr says I am fully healed

I was invited to play with a Chicago band called Hollows recently, and on Monday we played for a crowd which far exceeded the capacity of Millennium Park (capacity: 11,000).

I last used it on Sunday, washed it and left it in the dish rack. Now, it's in my bedroom. Why? More importantly, WHO? Two likely candidates: the boy (3yr old neighbor boy) or the Boy (from henceforth known as G, my beau).

I have individual health coverage through MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company, which is different from having group health insurance through your job. When you have individual health insurance, you can be denied coverage entirely, or they can just put an exclusion on your coverage that would prevent you from getting care for your preexisting

I took a workshop class tonight at my yoga studio on inversions and arm balances. This workshop was included as part of the teacher training program I am in, and I was really excited to go because I love arm balances and turning upside down
