hehehe i just saw a top chef about this very same question...I think that I would wast either my mum's spagetti, or this pasta bolaganaise I had once and have never had again at this tiny restaurant in Rome it was absolutley amazing....oh well hopefully I wont NEED to answer this question for a very long time.
