just what i needed a week before recitals...an injury!!:( grrrr!!! a cant move/sprained/sore shoulder/arm from acro. hopefully it will be better before recitals.

i cant wait till i can sleep in and do nothing the whole day and hopefully not be sick anymore...

so there is a tornado warning and scared like no other!
never thought there would be one in az.
i am not going to dance for now...going to see what happens.
so far they see a funnel starting to form but not much and hail. eek!
