It's been a long time baby.

Yep - that's right. With the market continuing to drop, we can FINALLY afford to buy a home. The downside is we're looking in Hollister. The upside is that in Hollister, we can get a fucking enormous house for less than what we qualify for and we want nothing to do with condos or townhomes.
