Many, many fannish things to discuss!

How GREAT were those first few minutes?!  I thought the rest of the episode was okay, not great, but entertaining.  There is just WAY too much unnecessary Jack backstory - all it's doing is serving to make me dislike Jack more.  I get it, the guy cannot let go of things, let's all move on.  I'm much more ( Read more... )

I AM SO WITH YOU. How do they keep making this okay? I mean, I can almost live temporarily with Jim/Karen (?). And am I the only one who is wondering what is going to happen with Dwight and Angela after this episode?

OMFG, your icon! Ok, I view that moment as a thinly veiled reference to those photos of the torture of Iraqi prisoners by American troops a few months back. Am I looking into it too far?

NO, I was curious about Dwight and Angela. He's been humiliated in front of her - she looked so disgusted with his actions in Michael's office. I'm thinking it has to be over.

It looks familiar but I can't quite place it. >< But it's still funny, because Michael totally PWNED Dwight. I was so proud of him and it was a beautiful, beautiful thing.

I don't know. I don't want it to be over, because frankly it's awesome. I can see that there will at least be no cookie for a while.

Maybe you're right. Dwangela is probably not completely over, but I can see her being terribly, incredibly mean to him for a while.

I watched the Nine, and was intrigued enough to watch again next week. I didn't see why Lost was so raved about by some - parts were good, but I agree with you that it was largely annoying backstory that didn't really tell us anything important about Jack.

Who are those people in your icon? I've been meaning to ask, but I haven't for some reason. :)

It's Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp, better known as the Wreckers.

I think Pam should drive to Stamford too (oh how we wish). And dammit Roy, stop making me like you!

Angela as Lady Macbeth is cracking me up.

I, too, liked The Nine (which surprised me.) *sigh* Like I really needed another show. At least its on Wednesdays and I can watch it after Proj. Runway is over.

Bah, I forsee this Pam/Jim angst going on for at least another 2 seasons. There will be no driving up to Stamford, begging for Jim's LOOOOOVE, and hot monkey sex, unfortunately. The way the writers are taking it is much, much more realistic than that, which I like.

Why is Scott Wolf only in shows that have numbers in the title? The Nine, Party of Five....

Ok, LOST I totally agree about Jack...I was rewatching the season 1 dvds and they were saying that Jack was supposed to die half way through the season but then they were told to keep him..you think maybe now they're maybe bringing this plan back into play?? No complaints from me if I never have to see him again! Although, I kind of liked him with Juliet..And Sawyer+Kate scenes were great ( ... )

I liked Juliet - I'm really excited to see where they take her character. Ben/Henry Gale is so evil.

It's so obvious that Pam misses Jim. I get it, she's uncomfortable with his confession because she feels it too, but she's running the risk of him not being there when she comes to her senses. I really, really like Karen. *sighs* I worry about what's going to happen with this whole relationship situation.

I am way too attached to The Office characters! LoL

I really, really hope they show backstories for some of the Others on Lost. And I don't really try to come up with theories, either. Besides, every time I think of one, I come up with 10 other reasons why that particular theory would be wrong.

I like Karen! But then again, I'm not really a rabid Pam/Jim shipper...I mean, I like them, but it wouldn't ruin the show for me if they didn't get together.
