You wait for ages for some news to arrive and then it all comes along at once. Instead of making separate posts I've put together a few interesting chunks of news.

It's like when you're at school and they do the register on the field after the fire alarm goes off, and they think one kid is missing but he's just in the toilets.

I feel like Spearing is probably the best alternative to Lucas if Lucas is unable to play for whatever reason, but yeah--we're probably going to see a LOT of rotation in midfield. Ignoring the players that are definitely out (or at least should be out) that still leaves--Maxi, Lucas, Gerrard, Meireles, Spearing, Henderson, Adam, AND we still probably want to slowly introduce academy prospects like Coady over the season as well.

Oh well, Kenny knows what he's doing.

As for Mata--oh Lord. A big part of me is still all *grabby hands* DO WANT PLEASE OH PLEASE, but another big part of me is like, "ffs, let this be OVER WITH already." Sign him or don't, I just want LFC to get the players in the positions we need already.
