Wow. I don't understand everything that you wrote here, but it sure looks like Calcium plays a big part in the contraction of a muscle.
I started taking a calcium supplement as of last night. Actually it is a cal/mag combo.

Did you get the blood drawn yet? I am really interested in that. Learning more about how to read blood panels every day!

Not yet, will probably go Monday. She wanted me to get it drawn mid-way through my cycle. Although, they are not testing for Calcium levels. Maybe I should call and have her add that to the panel. I'll post results when I get them.
