OK, people have been bugging me for not posting lately, so I thought I'd take a quick LJ break while I'm waiting for a package to compile on my customer's Linux box...

You know, a friend of mine asked me to tell you about a certain castle near Madrid, but I can't remember the name of it. She said you should visit it and get pictures as it is beautiful. When I figure out which one it is, I will let you know.

should have guessed that. after looking at it again, I was wondering why the site seemed so lacking in details and why there were a couple grammar errors that weren't caught. might have figured it out if I weren't in a hurry at the time... thanks for the link. still, it would be nice to see a new good, independent candidate. probably why so many people didn't think it was a hoax -- wishful thinking.

Naw, man, on my first inspection of the site, I was ready to vote for him myself. Yes, I noticed the lack of details, but the ones I was initially most interested in were covered in the FAQ. The site is extremely well done for a hoax. I didn't actually go straight to snopes, I was checking for general confirmation through google and the snopes entry was second on the list. (after walken2008.com) :-)
