Would you be able to make a vegetarian version (eggs and dairy products okay, but not fish or other meat)?

And I can totally work around being vegetarian, if you work with egg and dairy. Just know that there won't be any soy recipes, since, being allergic, I have no concept of how to cook with it. If you're willing to have lots of alternative proteins and eggs, I'd be happy to do it.

I am all for alternative proteins and eggs. I'm okay with soy if it's already used in a recipe, but am overall ambivalent about it.

I actually have more recipes for eggs, cheese, and beans than for meats since I tend to just grill or bake my meats. Are you good with things like three bean soup and baked eggs?
