London & Cornwall
A friend of mine is visiting the UK from abroad would appreciate advice on the following:
1. Can anyone recommend a decent, reasonably-priced hotel in central London? I don't know if such a thing exists; the price is relative but it's important that it be clean and generally OK as my friend has pet hair & dust allergies. Obviously I can google a list of hotels but personal recommendations would be much more useful.
2. She'd like to do a tour (e.g. coach tour) of the south west (Devon & Cornwall or maybe just Cornwall.) Can anyone suggest a company that does this and is favoured by slightly younger people than some? She doesn't seem to like the idea of being surrounded by old folks in their 90s smelling of wee; I can't think why.
