Today is the 29th birthday of Harry Potter (the character) and the 44th birthday of his creator, J.K. Rowling. To celebrate this event, I completed an amigurumi of Harry Potter himself. I've been wanting to make a Harry Potter doll for years but finally got around to it this year. Yay, me! I'm really happy with how he turned out.

I'm going to see Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince for the second time this weekend, but this time it'll be on IMAX 3-D! I'm so excited. Little Harry is coming with me in my bag. ;) I also decided to read book six for the third (or is it my fourth?) time. I hadn't read any of the Potter books in nearly two years! It's fun going back to them again and again.
