There is a case file, number 666, that is hidden. Only certain people know of it's existence, and they are bound to keep it secret. Special Agent Danielle Moore heads her team of agents who have devoted their lives to keeping case 666 under wraps. Meanwhile, the sleeper cell by the name of Fortune are closer than ever to getting answers about the mysterious file.

Holly Marie Combs as Special Agent Danielle Moore
As the leader of her team of agents, Danielle is serious, confident and headstrong. She won't be told what to do, she leads her team with vigour and has put aside her whole life to protect Case 666. She has no friends by choice, other than her sister Ashley Moore, a Junior Agent with the team, and Professor Cade Wilson, a hired genius whom Danielle bonds with because he's unlike the rest of her team.
Eliza Dushku as Junior Agent Ashley Moore
Young, vivacious and extremely dangerous, Ashley is somewhat of a secret weapon for Case 666's protection. Having inherited her sister's headstrong mind and protective personality, Ash is an eager up and comer willing to take on more responsibility, however her age holds her back as many of the team view her as an amateur who might be detrimental to Case 666.
Misha Collins as Prof. Cade Wilson
Hired by Danielle for his expertise in science, psychiatry and astrophysics, Cade is a certified genius who can calculate and determine the results of any outcome. Suffering from a form of Asperger Syndrome, Cade's social interactions are limited. His brilliant mind surpasses any need for a social life, however he comes to form an attachment to Danielle as he sees her as the only one who understands why he is the way he is.
Emilie De Ravin as Agent Riley Montgomery
Riley is extremely advanced for her young age of twenty-six. Having worked for the FBI as an expert in international surveillance, her skills are tantamount to keeping Case 666 under wraps. She befriends Ashley, though the two often bicker as Riley feels Ashley gets special treatment due to being the sister of her boss. After the heartbreak of losing her boyfriend, Darius, Riley now devotes her life to her job.
John Krasinski as Agent Toby Porter
IT Analyst Toby is a genius with computers. When it comes to Case 666, he can locate any file, folder or document at the click of a finger. His friendship with Ashley becomes strained when Toby develops feelings for Riley Montgomery but deals with extreme conflict of this as she was the girlfriend of his now deceased former best friend, Darius.
Jensen Ackles as Tom Scott
Leader of the sleeper cell, Fortune, Tom's focus is getting Case 666 and exposing it. He and his tight-knit team are closing in on the whereabouts of the file through locating Iris, someone Tom has been searching for for years to get answers.
Ian Somerhalder as Jake Perry
Tom's right hand man, Jake is as committed to Fortune as his boss. He is more ruthless than Tom, seeing no limit to who or what must be destroyed for them to locate Case 666. A hardened criminal handpicked by Tom for his street smarts and MacGyver like ingenuity, there is no lock, car, building, computer, home or dirty secret that Tom can't decipher.
Dominic Monaghan as Darius Yard
A former agent with Danielle's team, Darius was presumed Killed In Action when he was really poached by Fortune. Having never been given the opportunity to expand his career, Darius turned against the cause he had once fought to protect, even if it means fighting against the woman he loved, Riley Montgomery.
Katie Cassidy as Dr Chloe Marx
Having met and bonded with Iris as a patient when she was young, Chloe is now Iris's soul caregiver and the only person who knows her location. Chloe is protected by Danielle's team, however they do not know Iris's location. Chloe is the only one who knows where Iris is and the only person to have any contact with her.
Emily Blunt as Iris Fields
Iris is a schizophrenic mental patient hidden away from the world and taken care of by her Doctor, Chloe Marx. Iris is protected by Danielle and her team and coveted by Fortune, as she is the whole reason Case 666 still exists.
