Tried on a whole bunch of my old pants today. I fit into 80% of them, including 4 pair I didn't fit into even just two weeks ago. Weight watchers ROCKS! I am finally down under 120, with another weigh-in coming up Tuesday. I am now to a point where if I don't lose for a week, I don't get too upset. After all, I already look pretty good,

And a pound a week is what you are supposed to lose-anything above two pounds per week is usually considered unhealthy. The other problem is that quickly lost weight usually does not stay off, since it is usually the result of water loss or some other thing that comes back quickly.
And enjoy ice cream, even the fatty stuff sometimes. One thing my dietician preaches is that if you don't indulge sometimes (despite diets, or in my case diseases) if you are tempted and give in you will over do it. Trust me-the first year I was diabetic I didn't eat any sweets and then one day at a six pack of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. It's far better to eat one pack a month than six packs in ten minutes.
