Tried on a whole bunch of my old pants today. I fit into 80% of them, including 4 pair I didn't fit into even just two weeks ago. Weight watchers ROCKS! I am finally down under 120, with another weigh-in coming up Tuesday. I am now to a point where if I don't lose for a week, I don't get too upset. After all, I already look pretty good,

It really sucks because I was so proud of my self for loosing 80lbs on Atkins and getting down to 211lbs but I have just shot right back up to worse than before in a little over a year and a half. Death to Atkins, as soon as you come off it it all comes back and fast! Of course I was not eating right at all but you tell me how a broke ass college student is a.)suppose to have time to cook (calc. problems don't do themselves, I know cause I left them to their own devices last semester... I do not recomend it) and b.)Is suppose to afford healthy stuff that is fast? Poor people are fat, it is a fact of life, unless they are poor costal people who eat a lot of fish. anyway I am done ranting now, the only real way to fix it is to do something. I will just not sleep this semester so I can go to the gym :D
