I just finished 75 minutes of heated corepower yoga. I can't stop shaking. I am slowly drinking water and having some seaweed salad, but there is a fire in the core of my thigh muscles and in the center of my chest. It is, lacking a more developed vocabulary, fucking glorious.

I am just back to civilization after a live fire exercise. I am sunburnt, sleepless for three days, and was so filthy that I had to wash my bathtub after I had soaked my weary bones.
