Tells him she's alive and there and with him, which, admittedly, is one of the best things he's ever felt. Love that, after everything she's been through I can see him needing the reassurance and Tony definitely needs a lot of reassurance in general (that Gibbs loves him, that he's pretty, that he's worth having around).
He doesn't have to think about where this will end, either, or how he'll mess it up, or how he can get out of it without one of them getting hurt. Because he doesn't want out.
YES! Because he's done so much growing (they both have!) and they're so close to being at this point! Where he knows he should be scared but he's just not. He's all in and okay with that and YES!!! I want this! And even better I think S10 Tony wants this too!
