I'm pretty sure the nurses and student doctors all pass notes whenever Jim shows up, so that they can all take strategic looking 'I'M WORKING' poses and watch everything that happens.

Oh my god, I DIDN'T know.

And it's totally a legit pick-up line. I mean, sure, it's nice when someone thinks you're pretty when you're all dolled up, but for someone to really take care of you when you're tick infested is LOVE.

Anyone who says otherwise has never seen a tick.
