I forgot to mention the part about the cheerleaders and blow, how we sneaked into the zoo and let all of the monkeys out, the knife fight you got into, and how we forged the winning Powerball ticket and narrowly escaped extradition after we moved to that villa in Corfu.

Nothing wrong, per se, just, yeah, overpriced. Also, pretty heavy on the oil. Hawthorne Fish House and Horse Brass are both less expensive and tastier, I think.

Interesting. I haven't been there in a couple years, so perhaps it has slipped. I used to go there when it first opened, and the owner (while a complete and utter freak) was pretty fanatical about keeping the oil temp and frying times precisely right. Horse Brass, OTOH, I always found to be over-cooked or somehow off. But it's been a while since I indulged in the fish and chips anyhow.

Though, it's possibly wrong to eat something with the word "lard" in it. But.. heck. I don't care!
