Feeling a little better, for some reason--maybe it's the cold. In any case, Gaheris is outside, dressed significantly not warmly enough (no surprise there), and being thoroughly useless, by which we mean heading tentatively towards the Percy Household in an attempt to find Cimorene.

He is very easy to accost.

Cimorene's around, making pies. She's easy enough to find, if he makes it to the house.

Which he does, and taps lightly.

"Come in, it's open," almost absently.

So he slips inside and stands just within the door, looking a little guilty, but also a little smiling.

Sugar and Sophie are around, if he wants to see them. Sophie is in a good mood, and so is Sugar - both have healed from their respective traumas, and they are talking a small walk in the area.

This is probably a good time to speak to them.

That sounds doable.

He catches sight of Sophie first and hesitates, then calls, very softly, "Lass."

Sophie looks up - she knows this man - this voice. She looks at Sugar. Sugar looks at Gaheris - an assessing gaze to decide if it is safe for the child, and she decides it is.

Hands let go. Small feet run on the grass.

"Papa!"

He crouches down and holds his arms open. "Hey, hey, there's a lass."
