I totally hear you on the food. I had my first good workout yesterday in over 9 months and I've been STARVING ever since.

January is gone because time is relative and, even though that's true, it can only move forward.

But seriously, the older I get, the faster it seems to go...*sigh*

That's what my grandma always says.

Her solution is "don't get old".

I always tell her I'm trying not to.

I don't know where I might have misplaced the "Stop Aging" button :P

That's a good thing... it means your body's working and needs its energy :) just make sure you eat the right stuff that helps 'repair' and build after the workout, rather than less useful food that the body just 'pushes aside' as it were :)

If you want a good recipie for dessert, my mom has a really good one for mini cheese cakes that are no sugar and really low fat, yet I can't tell the difference.

Ok, so here's the recipie from my mom. I was wrong, it's not no-sugar, but she uses diabetasweet to make it no sugar, and I can't tell the difference. Even using sugar, though, these things either way, they're good ( ... )
