During the ninties, mainly.

Army kids generally don't move that often either; I was thinking about it, but I grew up on a military base, and it was the embassy kids who always seemed more likely to move on a more frequent basis. Most military kids I knew moved once every two years. Thanks, though.

Anything is possible. The question you'd have to ask is what sort of a person would have to move every 6 months for work.

I can think of a few positions that would, but they're not positions where family come along.
