Today, I found out that getyourwordsout is taking pledges for 2011 right now. All of the information you need is here. I pledged for 150,000 words for 2011, which is 12,500 words per month. It's the lowest number you can pledge, but I'd rather be conservative with my estimate and end up writing more than let myself down by not reaching the goal.
