Yesterday was lovely. Absolutely lovely. First thing in the morning, I was able to sit on my back porch and read for a couple hours in the wonderfulwonderfulwonderful sunshine. I didn't have to wear a sweater at all throughout the day, right up until it got dark. Spring has sprung, it seems.
As to reading though, seeing as I've been doing craploads

My kindergoth!self would be SO disappointed in how much I'm loving printed cotton/linen dresses in a rainbow of colours (but mostly green & purple) and sometimes LACE. Or FLOWERS.
By the time I get to work, I think the game will be in the 3rd period. I'm wearing a green & white dress for solidarity.

My kindergoth!self threw up her hands a long time ago. As long as I keep a stick of black eyeliner, a steady supply of black shirts, and a pair of combat boots she'll keep quiet.
I AM NOW GOING TO DIE OF HAPPY ON MY BACK PORCH WITH SOME ICED TEA AND A BOOK SO I CAN NOT DIE OF SHAME AT THE 4-0 SCORE RIGHT NOW.

However part of me is thinking that if there isn't a game five (and so on) I don't have to work game five (and so on.)

Please excuse us as we Vancouverites take our whippings. Still, opportunity. We never did expect a sweep. So long as we get at least one win in Boston...

Hockey T Shirts? I guess it's because the female hockey fan is a tremendous rarity in my experience? If that makes sense?

No, no. That makes sense. I see where you're coming from.
There's hockey-tees everywhere up here right now. Everyone's a fan right now, so everyone's got the gear. I think it's safe to say a good deal of us ladies are just bandwagon puckbunnies. I really can't throw stones though seeing as I'm only a mild fan normally who's just caught up in the communal rush.
