Just got back from seeing the film.

Wow.

First of all the cinematography was amazing again. I'm a total lighting whore and I wanted to icon the whole damn thing. I can't watch films anymore without wanting to icon every last frame. Will be quietly dying until I can cap this.

I'm gonna say it again - you need to watch the 'making Of' documentary they showed over here on Saturday. The girl who played Luna really is Luna - the accent, her ethereal feyness, everything. She's adorable. :D

It all happened so fast! I don't even remember seeing young Remus! :/

I think we may get that scene as a deleted one, I mean the whole scene and not as choppy as it was.

I didn't cry, but I couldn't swallow. Especially when Remus was holding Harry back and there was no sound and it was slowed down. Gah. Painful.

Oh I don’t know, you’ll have to ask David (Heyman, Potter producer), I hope so, I can’t bear the idea that somebody else would get to wear my Paris Hilton wig, but you never know.

You have a strange relationship with your wig then?

I do, well the wig is on time-share with Paris Hilton and she comes round. It takes a lot longer to prise it off me at the end of the day because I fancy myself as the lead singer of Sweet. Nah, it’s not very long, they’re all terribly slick with it. I miss it. I like the wig. I’m not a man who gets to disguise, I look pretty much the same in everything I do except for Harry Potter and I get to wear a fabulous wig.

I hate how they soften the Draco character in each movie. I think they have the right idea in movies 1 and 2 - little!Draco screamed like a girl when things got really scary (as he was supposed to) but for the most part he was pretty cool. They took away too much of his bite in movie 3 and have never put it back. I'm hoping they work on that - he's a dramatic figure at the end of book 6 and won't be as effective in movie 7 if they haven't toughened up his character a bit by then.

Absolutely! I'm so very disappointed in how they portray him. I really hope he has all his scenes in HBP and DH.
