So my fridge is getting kind of empty, except for two big cartons of eggs. I don't really even know if they're good anymore, or if they've expired. Or maybe my mom's planning on using them for something big.

I love nuclear explosions. A good deal of this love comes from the inherent masculine love of stuff blowing up, and another part of it comes from the rather natural human awe of something that big and destructive. I really hate that anti-drug PSA with the burning embers appearing on the little kid because he's been emotionally scarred by seeing his sister smoking pot. It almost makes me want to smoke pot, just so I can spite that commercial!

When you’re in between flights at O’Hare in the morning, it’s hard to find something to eat that doesn’t have eggs in it. I’m not allergic to eggs, I just wasn’t really in the mood for them that day. Even at the Macaroni Grill, all of the dishes they were serving were egg-based. They don’t even eat eggs in Italy, do they?
